The Partners
Leslie Boles
BA, CCS, CPC, CPMA, CHC, CPC-I, CRC
Leslie Boles is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) professional and a Coding Instructor at Rutgers University. She has more than 14 years of experience in healthcare, coding, auditing and compliance in the hospital inpatient/outpatient settings, and physician coding education. Leslie has developed and implemented multiple training programs on physician coding and documentation, Medicare and Medicaid policy and compliance programs for certified coders. She is a subject matter expert in the areas of E/M, Radiology, OBGYN, General Surgery, Cardiology and Anesthesia coding. She prides herself in presenting very complex coding and documentation regulations in a simplified manner to physicians and clinicians. She has the credentials of CCS, CPC, CPMA, CHC, CPC-I and CRC from the American Academy of Professional Coders, American Health Information Management Association and the Health Care Compliance Association.
Ethel Carew
MBA, CHPC
Ethel is a Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) professional with over 7 years of healthcare compliance experience. In her role as a privacy expert, she has conducted a range of compliance services that includes privacy and security risk assessments, engagement with legal counsel on OCR, OIG and DOJ matters, privacy breach investigations and privacy trainings. Her experience in pharmaceutical and hospital settings has well positioned her to provide services that help clients navigate the complex world of HIPAA privacy and security regulations. Ms. Carew’s prior result-oriented role in banking, in conjunction with her healthcare privacy expertise, provides her with a unique perspective in her approach to simplify complex issues.
Hailey Marsh
BA, CPC
Graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration. While at Rutgers University she developed a strong interest in data analytics and spent time there conducting public health research. Hailey is a Certified Professional Coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders. Prior to joining Revu Healthcare, Miss Marsh worked as an Associate Consultant at Acevedo Consulting, Inc, primarily handling physician chart audits and education based on Medicare regulation as it applies to EMR documentation.
